Awarded with AA four-star guest accommodation - our boutique hotel has a wide choice of the highest quality bedrooms; gastro restaurant for a unique dining experience; large function suites to host any event and benefits from on-site sports facilities.
The hotel bedrooms are situated in converted barns, stables and coach house, which is adjacent to the main Manor House. All rooms have their own distinctive charm from circular windows, beams and stunning historic features.
All rooms and suites are en-suite and boast king-size beds plus those luxurious touches including tea and coffee making facilities, LCD freeview televisions and hairdryers.
The Manor House recently converted into the main hub of the hotel, is where you will find our luxurious rooms ranging from four poster suites, spa baths, all with magnificent views.
Our most elaborate room known as the diamond suite has an untouchable panoramic view of our award winning gardens and rolling pasture which reaches the Mendip Hills.
We provide Wi-Fi connectivity in our hotel reception, truffles restaurant and hotel bedrooms; which can be requested at check-in. Our Wi-Fi tariff ranges from £1.00 for 1 hr, £5.00 for 24 hr and £10.00 for 7 days.
Single, double, twin, executive-room, four-poster suite, bridal suite and family rooms are available to be specified at time of booking.

Celebration in our Suites
In celebration of our three main suites; diamond suite, emerald suite and gold suite, we have pleasure in providing a complementarty mini-bar in your chosen room for the duration of your stay. Also, you will be greeted with an abundant smell of fresh flowers provided by Rookery Manor Florist and decorative towels ranging from fluffy bath sheets to soft face cloths.
We can provide a turn-down service in your suite from between 6pm & 8pm; if this is required, please inform Hotel Reception at time of check-in.

Rookery Manor Accommodation Policy
Damages due to misconduct or items stolen, will not be looked upon favourably and will carry a surcharge. All items in the rooms are provided for your comfort and convenience; damages or stolen items spoil the ambience in the room for the following occupants.
Any room found unfit for purpose at management discretion, will result in the room being decommissioned for a minimum of 24 hours; accruing an additionalnights charge applied to your final bill.
Smoking is not permitted in the Hotel bedrooms; due to new Fire regulations, the fire alarms will automatically activate which will alert our local Fire Brigade, this will result in personal prosecution.
Smoking is permitted in the grounds and gardens.
